Before you can place an order, you need to set up an account with us.
There are two types of accounts which we offer:
- A credit account. The limit of which we will determine.
- A pro-forma account. This requires payment up front, typically by a bank transfer or a debit / credit card.
The majority of our new customers will usually start out with a pro-forma account. Providing you establish a healthy relationship with us, after 6 - 12 months of trading, if requested, we can discuss the option of creating a credit account for you.
You can apply for a credit account straight away. This involves several checks on your credit history. Many of our larger corporate customers are set up with credit accounts.

here to download the forms. Opening a credit account takes slightly longer as we need more information including trade references. Complete the entire form and either mail it to the address shown below or fax it us.
Opening a pro-forma account
If you require a pro-forma account, you can download the same form above and fill it in minus any references to the credit account / trade references. You can either mail it to the address shown below or fax it to us.
