We recognise distribution is a crucial element in the relationships with our customers, so much that whenever possible we go the extra mile to offer a service which is tailored to your requirements.

Within the UK & Eire

Generally, for consignments destined within the UK we will use either Business Post or Pace Logistics to fulfil orders.

Order volumes up to six containers (15kg per container) are handled on a next day service by Business Post. Anything larger than this will be handled by Pace Logistics. During off-peak periods (January – September) orders are dealt with on a forty-eight hour basis with the day's cut off being 2pm. Orders during peak periods are longer. Typically it can take up to four / five working days.

Pro-forma orders need to be paid for in advance before any goods are released.

Orders that are destined for Ireland are handled through TFS Ltd.

Orders which are valued over £500 (net) receive free delivery. Orders under £500 (net) that are destined for the UK, will incur a £6.00 surcharge. Likewise, orders destined to Ireland under £500 (net) are charged an additional £15.00.

Export Orders

Export orders often involve more of a tailored solution and we always do our utmost to fulfil our customer's requirements.

Whether your business is located in New York or Sydney, we can deliver directly to your door, to your warehouse or to port. Typically there are instances where customers prefer to consolidate containers before they are exported.

Another preferred method is for the customer to supply their own transport. If you prefer us to handle transportation we will be happy to arrange that for you. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to provide a precise cost as it depends on order volume and destination. We could supply you with rough estimates, which is why many customers prefer to handle exports themselves.

Prices are per carton which can weigh upto 15kg depending upon volume and weight. The goods are packed to ensure they arrive undamaged and in pristine condition (approximation is 20 singles bottles per box or 6 x gift set per box):

Within a 30kg carton we guarantee at least 20 single unit items or 6 gift sets. Dependent on your order, it is feasible to load up to 30 single items or 10 gift sets.

Pickups

Whether you are picking up for the UK or export we need to know when to expect your carrier. For all confirmed orders (including pro-formas which have been paid for) you need to e-mail logistics@starperfumes.com with your preferred date and time. We will e-mail you back to confirm the booking.
